Hee, cute. The coloring looks really slick, IMO. Cel-shading like that is, in my experience, hard to pull off so well. :)

Definitely, and the cel-shading on this isn't the best.. It's like so much of the manga-style; a lot harder than it looks! 8-)

let's just say she's gifted.
The colours were a pain on this, though in the end, I just slapped them on pretty quickly.
I'm still a little dissapointed in this one, but the final image looks ok.

"Gifted," huh? GIFTED IN THE TEATS, y'mean. *L* ;)

I would never have been able to tell this was a slapped-on thing--it really has that much polish to it. The only difference is in terms of style--ones like this, kinda light and cel-shady and then your more detailed colour jobs like Ivy and that Fairchild at the beach pic. . .the only difference to me is in the density of the colour details.
